The bus will take you to the venue at 2:40 p.m. We just ask that you’re in the Hilton Garden Inn lobby and ready around 2:30 p.m. so we can get everyone loaded up and leave on time!

There will be one return trip back to the hotel at the end of the night, leaving the venue at 11 p.m.

And a reminder: you don’t need to be staying at the hotel to take the bus!

Checking in Saturday? No need to worry about checking in before the bus leaves! The hotel can hold your bags while you’re at the wedding, and you can check in when you get back that night.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Middleton is about 25 minutes from the venue (believe it or not, hotel options near Arena are pretty limited!).

If you'd rather stay a little closer to the venue, House on the Rock Resort in Spring Green and Deer Valley Lodge in Barneveld are both great options. Just keep in mind that our bus service will only be available to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Middleton.
